Job Description

Residential Construction, Carpentry & Remodeling (Seattle)

We are looking for serious individuals only who are committed to learning the trade and committed to full time employment.

We are a small, family owned construction company located in West Seattle looking to add a full-time employee to our crew right away. Our company specializes in all facets of residential remodels and construction, including custom work.

We are looking for honest, responsible individuals with previous carpentry experience and a desire to excel in this profession. Reliability, strong communication skills and solid work ethic are a must.

At this time we are seeking a crew member with at least 2 years experience in residential construction or applicable experience and a strong desire to learn the craftsmanship of this trade.

Ideal candidate will have:
- The required years of residential construction, remodeling or related work experience for the position that they are applying for.
- Professional appearance appropriate for the job.
- Reliable transportation, preferably a truck.
- Have own hand tools, job belt, tape, hammer, etc. necessary for carpentry work.
- Self starter, highly motivated, able to problem solve and follow direction.
- Eagerness to learn, work hard and be a team player.
- No excuses for not showing up for work. We work a 40 hour work week Monday - Friday year round with the exception of holidays.

No drugs or heavy drinkers. Masks are currently required on job sites. Reliability and a positive attitude are a must. Preference will be given to candidates with references. Hands-on instruction/skill training is provided. Regular performance reviews with opportunity for advancement and pay raises. This is a full time position, M-F regular business hours.
