FRIDAY TIP FROM HARPER’S: TAKE A WALK THIS WEEKEND!

Not just for the exercise. 😂 If you own property the weekend is a great time to walk around and really take a look at your land.

While you’re out there keep an eye out for:

💧Areas where water is standing or not draining properly
🌳 Overgrown areas you’ve been meaning to clear
🚗 Driveways or access roads that are washing out
🏠 Uneven areas around a future homesite or building site
🚜 Spots that could use grading, dirt work, or cleanup

Small issues with your property can turn into much bigger projects when they’re ignored.

So this weekend grab a cup of coffee, take a walk around the property, and make that “we really need to do something about that” list. 😂
