🐟 A little something different out of the shop!
We had some fun with this one, a custom stainless steel Mahi Mahi cutout, cut right here in the shop.

Out with the old and in with the new!
We removed this old, rotting steel gate and replaced it with a custom sized aluminum gate, built to fit perfectly and fully powder coated for a clean look and long lasting durability. No more rust and rot just a custom gate built to last!
Another quality custom project by Crofton’s Metal Works!

This Shearwater came in needing a little TLC.
We repaired and reinforced the T-top with some clean aluminum welding, then installed a complete hydraulic brake assembly on the trailer.
Two jobs, one stop getting the boat and trailer ready to put back to work.
Crofton’s Metal Works from aluminum repairs to trailer work, we’ve got you covered.

At Crofton’s Metal Works, we’re always looking for ways to set ourselves apart from the typical fabrication shop. We don’t just build from a drawing we can take your ideas and bring them to life with our in-house design and CNC plasma cutting capabilities.
This customer needed several pieces cut from 1/4” stainless steel, all to exact specifications. We were able to take their requirements, design the parts in-house, and CNC cut each piece with the precision needed to get the job done right.
Whether you have a complete drawing or just an idea, bring it to us. From design to finished product, we’ve got the equipment and experience to make it happen.

Another step closer to the finish line. We fabricated, erected, and fully welded these structural steel columns to support a new glass elevator. Precision is everything on projects like this, and we’re proud to help bring another commercial build to life. Big or small, we’re ready to tackle your next steel fabrication project.

Late post, but we’re still incredibly thankful for the opportunity to take on this major pontoon rebuild!

This project was a complete transformation from the ground up. We replaced the old, rotted deck with 3/16” marine-grade 5052 aluminum, installed a brand-new 29’ center pontoon, and completely re-engineered the floor structure to make it stronger, more durable, and ready to handle whatever comes its way.
To finish it off, we installed all new carpet and completely rewired the boat, giving it a fresh, reliable, like-new feel from bow to stern.
Projects like this are what we love taking something worn out and bringing it back stronger than ever. Thank you for trusting Crofton’s Metal Works with such an awesome build. We’re proud of how this one turned out!
