Deck project complete! 🔨🏡

This one was a big transformation from top to bottom! We replaced the existing deck and created a spacious, multi-level outdoor setup that gives the homeowners plenty of room to enjoy their backyard.

The project features a large upper deck, multiple stairways and landings, an additional lower-level deck, new pressure-treated decking and railings, and black metal balusters for a clean contrast. We also added post-cap lights throughout the railings and stairs for a finished look and some extra lighting in the evenings.

One of the unique features of this build is the structural support system beneath the upper deck. We used treated exterior-grade LVL beams, which provide greater strength and load-carrying capacity than traditional dimensional lumber. That added strength allowed us to span longer distances, reducing the number of support posts and footings needed below. The result is a strong, durable structure with a cleaner, more open space underneath the deck—all while maintaining the support needed for long-term performance.

A lot of planning, framing, and detail work went into bringing all of the different levels together, and we’re really happy with how the finished project turned out.

Bathroom progress! 🔨✨

The walls have been sanded, primed, and the first coat of paint is on! This space is really starting to come together.

The new marble-look flooring is also down and adds a clean, polished look while bringing some great character into the space. Paired with the white shiplap ceiling and fresh paint, you can really start to see the transformation taking shape.

🔨 Deck Progress!

This new deck is coming together quickly! The crew has been busy getting the framing in place, building out the stairs, and creating a great new outdoor space for this home.

There’s still more to come, but it’s already a big upgrade from where we started. 👏

🛠️ Bathroom Renovation Update!

This project is getting a major upgrade! We added a dormer to create the extra space needed to turn this area into a full bathroom, and now the transformation is really starting to show.

Framing is complete, insulation is in, drywall is going up, and that white plank ceiling is already adding a great finished touch. 🙌

Taking an underused space and making it functional is one of the best parts of a renovation. Stay tuned as we keep bringing this new bathroom together!

🔨 Out with the old, in with the new!

Preparation for a brand-new deck is officially underway! It’s safe to say this existing deck has reached the end of its life, and we’re ready to give this space a much-needed upgrade.

The new deck will feature a different style of structural support, so stay tuned to see how this one comes together! 👀

We’re also especially pleased to be completing this project for the Assistant Fire Chief of Bangor. A big shoutout and thank you to him—and to all of our first responders—for everything they do for our communities! 🚒❤️

Big changes are underway on this one! We’re adding an addition to the home to accommodate an extended staircase, creating a more functional layout and better flow between floors.

From opening up the existing space to framing the addition and rebuilding the staircase, there’s been a lot of work happening behind the scenes. It’s always fun watching a big transformation come together piece by piece!

🔨 Making Room for Something New!

This remodel is taking shape! We’ve been removing old doorways to make room for a new staircase and reframing the bathroom to add a new window for some much-needed natural light. 🪟☀️
