The first truck to go out in 2026 goes to the Wichita Airport Authority of the Eisenhower Airport (Kansas). They took possession of this 12 Ft Wet Rescue built on a Ford F550 crew cab.
The Wichita Airport Authority is a combined police and fire department so this truck was designed to serve several functions.
The front replacement bumper is a Buck Stop brand with an in mount Warn 12K winch. Also on the front bumper is a TFT Tornado series (fitting for Kansas) monitor with Hydro Chem dual agent nozzle. There is a HyperSight thermal imaging camera mounted on the monitor. The Unruh Fire custom console looks a little like the controls of a small airplane. The rear of cab has a custom storage box on driver side and the passenger side has rechargeable flashlights and locking brackets for fi****ms.
There is a 300 gallon tank with a 40 gallon integrated foam cell. The pump is a Hale HPX200-B18. The rear of truck has an Unruh Fire custom ARFF skid unit with a 500 cu.ft. dry chemical tank.
All of the emergency and scene light s are Whelen brand.
The graphics are done by our friends at Pfaff Signs.
Many thanks to the good folks at the Wichita Airport Authority!!

This week the Folsom Volunteer Fire Department (New Mexico) took possession of this 9 ft. Brush Truck.
The chassis is a Ford F350 4x4, with a 7.3L gas engine. The tank is a 250 gallon from Chicago Plastics Systems and the pump is a Hale HPX-200 with a Honda engine. The replacement front bumper is a Thunderstruck with a Warn 12K winch. The 9ft body is our own Unruh Fire custom brush body with great storage including the trunion compartment at the rear of the truck. All the emergency lighting is Whelen. The graphics and chevron reflective dot on the rear are done by Pfaff Signs.
When Folsom came to get the truck we had to ask about the arrow head. Or at least that's what we thought it was. Turns out it's a spear head. Quick history lesson for you.
The Folsom spear point, which was excavated in 1927 near the small town of Folsom, New Mexico, is one of the most famous artifacts in North American archaeology, and for good reason: It was found in direct association with the bones of an extinct form of ice age bison. The Folsom point therefore demonstrated conclusively, and for the first time, that human beings were in North America during the last ice age—thousands of years earlier than previously thought. You can read more about it here: https://www.sapiens.org/archaeology/folsom-point-archaeology-icon/
Our Thanks to the Folsom Vol. Fire Dept. for your purchase and to our New Mexico dealer Kendal with AAA Fire Pro

All of the awesome graphics are done by Pfaff Signs, a locally owned and operated company.
Our thanks to Mike Myers of Myers Fire for working with us and fine people of the Hortonville Fire District.
