May 14th, 2026 marked the grand opening and ribbon cutting of the Guadalupe Regional Medical Center / Guadalupe Regional Medical Group Laurel Medical Office Building for our team.

Our team was honored to stand alongside state dignitaries, healthcare leaders, community members, and the incredible team who helped bring this vision to life. What began as a vision and a commitment to exemplary healthcare for this community now stands proudly as a place where lives will be cared for, families will find comfort, and healing will happen every single day. This building is more than concrete and steel. It represents hope, progress, and an investment in the future of Seguin and Guadalupe County. Long after the speeches are over and the ribbon has been cut, this facility will continue serving people during some of the most important moments of their lives.

The Koehler Company is grateful to everyone who trusted us with this responsibility and to every person whose hard work made the success of this project.

Yesterday our team had the honor of celebrating the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Comal ISD Canyon Lake High School Hawk’s brand new locker rooms and batting cages!! This project provided spaces where the Hawk’s athletes can prepare, compete, and grow. With locker rooms centered around team pride, pre-game focus, and post-game celebrations and batting cages built for big swings, bigger dreams, and a whole lot of future highlight reels, our team showed up and finished strong.

Seeing the players, coaches, and community come together to open these doors made every early morning and late night worth it. This is why we do what we do.Here’s to the next generation of athletes stepping up to the plate in a space built just for them. 💪

December 6th, 2025 serves as a day which will go down in history honoring the legendary Verne Lundquist in Seguin, Texas .

The Koehler Company stood in quiet awe as the ribbon was cut at the Texas Lutheran University Verne Lundquist Student Athletic Center. This beautiful, one of a kind, athletic facility carries the spirit of a legend and honors the champions of the Bulldog Athletes. As alumni who walked the same halls of not only Mr. Verne Lundquist, but many legends who started their futures at Texas Lutheran University, we are honored to bring this vision to life for the Bulldog family. Thank you to Texas Lutheran University for entrusting our team once again with a project which supports growth, enrichment, and progress for the Bulldog community.

Yesterday, our Seguin ISD - Home of the Matadors Jim Barnes Middle school team attended the ribbon cutting ceremony in the morning and our Hays County ESD No. 5 and Guadalupe Valley Electric Co-Op Headquarters Renovation teams attended the Associated Builders & Contractors - South Texas Chapter awards ceremony in the evening! Both of these events celebrated the hard work, long hours, dedication to quality, and commitment to our clients that our team brings to each and every project.

The Koehler Company is proud of our team members! Seeing their efforts recognized in front of partners, clients, and community members is an incredible experience. We are excited for what is ahead—and grateful to have such an incredible team building it with us.
