Customer was doing remodel in occupied hotel. The plumbers hit a few tendons when coring. We had a small space to get this repair done so we made it happen. These were the older style shrink wrapped pt. We splices and used I-Lok couplers to get the job done. We are one of the few that repairs pt in turn key style, we chip, repair, form and pourback.

Let us know if you need pt repaired/replaced. We have been repairing post-tension for over 17 years and are also one of few, who will repair buttonhead pt to its original state or retro fit buttonhead to 7 wire. Our crew is PTI Certified in multiple categories.

Pour day is finally here for this corner repair here at Moxy Hotel in Asheville, North Carolina.

Here short video of the progress. All 54 tendon finished up and stressed great! Repair involved de-tensioning, cutting back and chipping of concrete, re-profiling tendon groups, adding new back up and bursting steel, placed of concrete, and re-stressing. Now once we have approval from engineering we will cut tails and patch pockets. These are all being moved back for a new elevator shaft that will be cut out soon.
