A new deck coating can make a surface look clean and refreshed, but appearance is only part of the story.

The real question is: what’s happening underneath?

In many cases, cracks, peeling, bubbling, or discoloration are signs of hidden problems such as trapped moisture, failed sealants, surface movement, or substrate damage. If those issues are not addressed first, even a brand-new coating can fail much sooner than expected.

That’s why deck coating is not just about applying a new layer. It’s about proper inspection, surface preparation, repairs, and making sure the system protects the structure, not just covers the problem.

A few things many people don’t realize:

❄️ Snow Cleanup Update ❄️

We’ve already helped many of our clients by clearing driveways and parking lots after the recent snowfall.

We’re still open and happy to work with new and existing our friends. According to the forecast, more snow is expected next weekend, so we highly recommend booking snow removal services in advance.

❄️ Winter Storm Notice & Community Support ❄️

As many of you know, a heavy snowstorm is expected in our area.
As part of our ongoing social initiative and commitment to supporting our valued clients, and the community in genera, we are launching an additional snow removal service for this winter.

This includes clearing driveways, roads, and parking lots.

Unlike previous years, when we provided this service on a limited basis, this season we’ve taken a big step forward for your convenience:
🚛 We’ve purchased our own truck fully equipped with snow removal equipment
🧂 And stocked up on a large supply of salt

We are now open to requests and will be happy to assist you, whether in the coming days or anytime this winter when snow becomes an issue.

We carefully selected the right wood for this project, the exact species, grain, and quality our customer required. From there, we did it the right way: precise measurements, detailed drawings, ordering the materials and hardware, and now we’ve started the installation process strictly in line with the client’s specifications.

Recent events in Ocean City are a serious reminder of how quickly coastal conditions can turn “small issues” into major structural problems.

Salt air, high humidity, and condensation from temperature swings accelerate corrosion and hidden deterioration, especially in enclosed areas that can’t properly vent. Too often, problems stay out of sight behind drywall, stucco, panels, or finishes for years… until something fails.
