We are well known for our very large vacuum furnaces especially the HCB series of vacuum car bottom furnaces. The HCB series is uniquely designed to process large workloads of up to 150,000 pounds with a maximum length of 48 feet. In addition, we have a line of mid-sized horizontal production furnaces and vertical bottom loading furnaces with standard features that you would expect from Solar Manufacturing. We will gladly customize any of our furnaces to satisfy your specific requirements. Our ability to manufacture large and mid-sized production furnaces is only a part of our diverse product line. We also offer the Mentor® and Mentor® Pro series, an economical furnace line with a compact footprint featuring graphite insulated hot zones and best-in-class SolarVac® controls. The Mentor® line are mounted on a portable platform. Despite its smaller size, you can be assured that the high-performance features of the Mentor® and Mentor® Pro series are equal to that of our larger capacity production furnaces. We also offer metal shielded hot zones in place of the graphite insulation to customers who process reactive materials where carbon contamination may be a concern. All Solar Manufacturing furnaces are designed for long life, easy maintenance, and minimal downtime. Each furnace is fully tested prior to shipment, then commissioned by a Factory Service Engineer after installation.
