FEHRS Metal Building Construction, LP has provided high quality building construction services since 2000 and
is recognized as one of the areaโs most reputable builders. Located in Seminole, Texas, we are uniquely situated for easy access throughout the west Texas region and New Mexico. At conception, we were a metal building erector but have grown into a complete design-build firm providing our clients with a turnkey project, from start to finish, with the experience to advice and enhance the expectations of our clients. We have completed projects in Oklahoma, West Virginia, Kansas and Kentucky. FEHRS is an accomplished construction manager and builder offering complete design-build services and work regularly with architectural and engineering firms and have a proven track record of completing quality projects safely, on time and on budget. FEHRS operates on a team concept and our many skilled and experienced staff and field team members have established a standard of excellence that is well known in the construction industry. We perform commercial, industrial, medical, aviation, institutional, government and specialty projects involving new buildings, additions and renovations. We work with established vendors who can fabricate pre-engineered metal buildings, overhead cranes and airplane hangar doors. As a general contractor, we self-perform dirt-work, carpentry, metal building erection, metal studs, drywall, ceiling grid, painting and HVAC. We have our own in-house mechanical and electrical divisions with staff that carry a Class A HVAC Mechanical Contractors license and a Master Electricianโs license. We also have licensed professional engineers on staff as well. It is our belief that the building process begins most successfully with pre-construction services during the design phase that will afford the advantage of the contractorโs experience and point of view to provide the utmost value to our clients. This is our proactive team-oriented approach to all projects, regardless of size, which has proven to actually shorten construction duration and lower costs without reducing quality.
