🇺🇸 Celebrating Independence Day with heart and gratitude 🇺🇸

Today, our team came together for a 4th of July celebration with good food, great company, and meaningful moments. As we shared a barbecue dinner, we also paused to honor and remember our dear friend and colleague, Freddy Corona. We celebrated his memory with a heartfelt balloon release - a small tribute to the lasting impact he had on all of us 💙🎈

Ecoat.us is currently seeking an accountant for our Seminole location.

ECOAT.US provides the most advanced E-coating system with patent-developed technologies for superior corrosion protection in today's harsh chemical-rich environments. We have four U.S. locations and provide solutions to corrosion issues, protecting your products today and tomorrow. We are headquartered in Seminole, OK.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant. The Accountant will be responsible for performing financial duties, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, reporting, forecasting, and assisting with the monthly financial statement close process. The Accountant will also be involved in special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to grow their career in a fast growing business with advancement opportunity. We work in a casual and flexible environment that focuses on customers and employees. The right candidate will have the opportunity for advancement as they assist in developing improved systems and tools.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
Experience in account reconciliations
Proficiency with accounting software programs
Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Experience in a manufacturing or service environment is a plus
Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and dashboards is preferred but not required
Active pursuit of accounting certification is preferred but not required.
