Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team for boat dock construction and installation projects. Candidates with welding experience are preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with opportunities for overtime, including occasional Saturday work.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the construction and installation of boat docks
• Perform general labor duties such as lifting, carrying, and assembling materials
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines on job sites
• Work in, on, and around water in varying weather conditions
• Support welding tasks if experience allows (cutting, fitting, and assembling metal parts)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Welding experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
• Comfortable working in, on, and around water
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed

Aluminum piling systems are commonly used in lieu of the more
unappealing cable anchoring and/or underwater anchoring systems. Aluminum pilings offer permanent unobstructed access to
the shore side of the dock allowing increased recreational and boat mooring area. Pilings eliminate the need for attaching cables to
the shoreline by utilizing 20-30 foot aluminum pilings that are driven in the lake bed a minimum of 6-10 feet. These pilings are secured to the dock using a welded aluminum guide that is lined with nylon.
