🚨🚨🚨!!!! BIG ANNOUNCEMENT !!!! 🚨🚨🚨

A NEW NAME. THE SAME FOUNDATION.

After more than 40 years, a new chapter begins.

Since 1985, DH Building & Sons has been built on hard work, craftsmanship, and the relationships we’ve made along the way.

What started as a family business has grown through generations, and we’re incredibly grateful for every homeowner, partner, and friend who has trusted us throughout the years.

Today, we’re proud to announce that starting November 2nd, DH Building & Sons will be evolving into HENRY CUSTOM HOMES.

While our name is changing, the people, values, and commitment behind our work remain the same.

This next chapter represents more than a new name and a new look. It reflects our family’s continued dedication to building quality homes, creating lasting relationships, and carrying forward the reputation we’ve worked hard to establish.

To everyone who has supported us over the years, thank you. You’ve helped make this next chapter possible, and we look forward to continuing to serve our community for many years to come.

Henry Custom Homes
Built for the Way You Live!

Same family. Same commitment. A new chapter.

Another complete renovation completed on this entire home on Lake Keowee! We came in and took the roof off the garage. Added a floor system. And created an awesome room with custom built in bunk beds and a gorgeous bathroom. We also tore off all the old existing vinyl siding and went back with all new fiber cement board and batten with all new windows and front door. We then changed all the interior trim and did new LVP flooring throughout the entire home. And re-vamped the stairs and railing leading up to the upstairs and new bunk room for family to come enjoy! This home now has a fresh feel inside and out. We hope our clients are happy for years to come!

We recently just finished this Garage extension. Plus adding a bonus living space above! We added a dormer on the front to mirror the existing one to open up floor space inside. And we also added a rear dormer as well to give even more space to enjoy! We added a kitchenette. Full bathroom and a beautiful shower with an extra room for an office space as well and a space for stacked washer and dryer combo. We also opened up and added a bay to the garage that is big enough for boat storage when they are not out enjoying beautiful Lake Keowee. It’s going to make a great space for family and friends to come enjoy!
