Delivering Landmark Projects Across Maryland!

At Loughlin-Davis Contracting Group, we take great pride in the projects we help bring to life and the partnerships that make them possible.

We are proud to have furnished and erected the structural steel and building systems for the new clubhouses at Prince George’s Stadium and Harry Grove Stadium. Working alongside Gilbane Building Company and The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, our team helped deliver these state-of-the-art facilities through close coordination with owners, design teams, and fellow trade partners.

These projects demanded detailed planning, seamless communication, and a commitment to meeting strict and aggressive schedules. From preconstruction coordination through final installation, our team remained focused on providing quality workmanship, maintaining safety, and keeping the projects moving forward.

The Gibson Island Service Department project is making tremendous progress!

Building 1 is fully complete, inspected, and officially in service.

In a short time our team has successfully completed:
-Demolition
-Underground utilities
-Footers and foundation piers
-Concrete slab placement
And we've now reached another major milestone — the er****on of the pre-engineered metal building is underway.

As the General Contractor, our focus has been on maintaining a fast-paced schedule while coordinating closely with the owner, design team, subcontractors, and local stakeholders. Through proactive planning, clear communication, and strong field ex*****on, we've been able to keep the project moving efficiently while maintaining quality and safety every step of the way.

We're proud of the progress made so far and look forward to sharing more updates as this project continues to take shape.

Excited to see the Flagship Car Wash – Owings Mills project taking shape.

This nearly 40,000 SF fully enclosed facility is being developed as the prototype for all future Flagship Car Wash locations nationwide—setting a new standard for design, efficiency, and value engineering.

Loughlin Davis Contracting Group is proud to have played a significant role in shaping this project. Beyond furnishing and erecting the pre-engineered metal building, our team has been heavily involved in the design process—collaborating closely with the owner, general contractor, and architect to help develop the building’s layout and architectural intent.

With concrete currently being poured and the building set to deliver soon we are ready to get this building erected. We will provide updates as this project renderings becomes reality!

Setting the gold standard in Minor League facilities. ⚾

As the Prince George's County Baysox kick off their 2026 season, The Loughlin-Davis Contracting Group, LLC is proud to showcase the brand-new Home Clubhouse and training facility we delivered for Gilbane Building Company and the Maryland Stadium Authority.

This wasn’t just a standard build; it was a complex design-build effort. Our team assisted with the design coordination and erected a custom pre-engineered metal building featuring a unique panel and fin design that replicates the iconic Chesapeake Bay Bridge. Beyond the steel and building envelope, Loughlin-Davis was also responsible for the storefront glass package.

It was an honor to work alongside Gilbane and the MSA to provide a state-of-the-art facility that now serves as the benchmark for major league affiliates.

Exciting progress at the Gibson Island Service Department project!

We are under roof on Building 1 and making great interior fit out progress. At the same time, Building 2 has been fully demolished, clearing the way for the er****on of the second pre-engineered metal building to begin soon.

The project is moving along strongly, and it's great to see everything taking shape out in the field.

We appreciate the collaboration and support from everyone on the Gibson Island team and all of the partners helping move this project forward.
