Bath remodel.

Finishing a deck project.... framing was mostly complete when I started this project. Took it from there to the end....

Complete renovation back to the framing. Major rot had taken place due to incorrect installation of shower pan. Subfloor had Simply been Painted with a waterproofing membrane. No pan poured whatsoever.

This was a major project! There were 2 inches of concrete on the walls “old-school style” with lath metal and the works. Picks show before and almost after.

Master bath remodel project. Removed fiberglass tub shower combo in favor of walk in tile shower with glass doors.

This luxury vinyl plank flooring job was at about 80% complete. At this point, I’m past the critical points of re-joining the run past the bar preventing as many transitions as possible
