Sometimes Drywall and Insulation pictures are boring so here’s a change of pace! Krieser’s first grandbabies, 1 month old and doing great! As soon as they are out of the NICU, we will start talking to them about thermal envelopes and level five finishes 😉

Couldn’t figure out why they were getting condensation in a first floor bathroom ceiling in a 2 story slab on grade house.

Ended up being the exhaust fan letting in outdoor air. Was worse in the summer….the outdoor a/c unit is right below the soffit where this vent terminates. Time for a couple new flappers to keep that outdoor air in the right place!

Throwback Thursday

The man that started it all! Clark taught the Owner from a young age how to take care of customers AND his family all at the same time. One of the favorite stories I heard was years ago on Labor Day. Clark was working and another subcontractor said you should be spending time with your family today and he said “I am they’re all here! “

A little maintenance on one of our dump trailers this morning. We take safety seriously!
You can be assured when you see our trucks, pulling a trailer that they are in safe condition to be on the road 👌🏻 also loving our new tarps to keep what’s inside from flying out!
