Sharing some final stills from our recent rotary and freestall barn design/build in central Wisconsin.

Built for both cow comfort and day-to-day performance, this facility features a GEA 40-cow rotary that keeps milking smooth and low-stress, paired with an 80,000 SF tunnel-ventilated freestall barn designed for optimal airflow and a relaxed environment.

With a well-planned holding area, three tanker bays, and a connecting breezeway, every element works together to simplify cow movement, support milk transport, and maintain steady, repeatable routines for the team.

Crews are back out in Colby, WI at Heeg Family Dairy working on getting the foundation set for their maternity barn going up!

This build will serve as housing for post fresh and fresh cow groups. Other project features include a calf warming room, flex stalls for animals, and tunnel ventilated freestall design.

Looking forward to the progress ahead this summer, and we appreciate Heeg Family Dairy continuing to trust us as their design/build general contractor.

Oโ€™Loughlin Dairy โ€“ Glencoe, MN

This robotic dairy was built with efficiency, consistency, and cow comfort at the forefront. Outfitted with a full milking center, x3 Lely robots, a Lely Collector manure system, and a Lely Vector feeding system tied into a fully integrated feed kitchen, this setup keeps daily operations moving seamlessly.

Feed is automatically stored, mixed, and delivered for consistent intake, while clean alleys and flexible grouping support a healthy, low-stress environment for the herd. The layout also allows for easy handling and future expansion.

Less manual labor, more consistency, and a system that works around the cows โ€” itโ€™s automation that makes a difference.

Mobius De Pere is officially open!! ๐ŸŽ‰

Before the doors opened, the owners and their family were joined by friends, supporters, and members of the De Pere community for a ribbon cutting that said a lot about what this program already means to people here.

This STEAM-focused summer and after-school program for Kโ€“6 students is set up for hands-on learning, curiosity, and real engagement, and itโ€™s clear thereโ€™s strong community support behind it from day one.
