Hiring for the following position:
Title: Installer
Based: Randerson Heating & Cooling LLC, Seymour
Job Duties:
Installation of HVAC heating and cooling systems to obtain the most efficient operating results and life expectancy
• Keeping record of parts or materials used, and planning what will be needed
• Maintain truck inventory; restocking as needed and keeping vehicle clean and organized
• Willing to work from heights (ladders, roofs, scissor lifts, etc.)
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
• Assemble, position, and mount heating or cooling equipment, following blueprints or manufacturer's specifications.
• Comply with all applicable standards, policies, or procedures, such as safety procedures or the maintenance of a clean work area.
• Connect heating or air conditioning equipment to fuel, water, or refrigerant source to form complete circuit.
• Cut or drill holes in floors, walls, or roof to install equipment, using power saws or drills.
• Fabricate, assemble, or install duct work or chassis parts, using portable metal-working tools or welding equipment.
• Inspect and test systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications or to detect and locate malfunctions.
• Install and test automatic, programmable, or wireless thermostats in residential or commercial buildings to minimize energy usage for heating or cooling.
• Adjust system controls to settings recommended by manufacturer to balance system.
• Discuss heating or cooling system malfunctions with users to isolate problems or to verify that repairs corrected malfunctions.
• Install or repair air purification systems, such as specialized filters or ultraviolet (UV) light purification systems.
• Install, connect, or adjust thermostats, humidistats, or timers.
• Lay out and connect electrical wiring between controls and equipment, according to wiring diagrams, using electrician's hand tools.
• Measure, cut, thread, or bend pipe or tubing, using pipe fitter's tools.

Title: Part-Time Office Assistant
Reports to: Office Manager
Based at: Randerson Heating and Cooling LLC, Seymour, WI
Job Purpose:
To provide friendly customer service.
Key responsibility and accountabilities:
1) Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person.
2) Schedule service work for service technicians, coordinating any pending go-back-to work, or routine commercial, residential and ESA customers.
3) Make sure service technicians are keeping on track and going back to jobs that need to go back to.
4) Billing service work performed, and residential or commercial new and replacement equipment jobs.
5) Enter payments into QuickBooks when received and process credit card payments.
6) Maintain permit form files and keep up-to-date with current forms
7) Submit permits for new construction jobs as needed
8) Register new equipment and file a copy in the customer folder.
9) Enter equipment information in QuickBooks under notes for customer.
10) Submit appropriate paperwork to Focus on Energy for eligible customers.
11) Send out monthly statements and collection letters. (Communicate with office manager on this)
12) Assist with ordering parts and equipment.
13) Mailings to customers; i.e. thank you notes, services offered, sympathy cards, etc.
14) Any miscellaneous items given by owner, sales manager, or office manager.
15) Follow up calls with customers on replacements.
16) Prepare sales folders and maintain adequate supply of brochures.
17) Generate and monitor Tool Box Talks Safety Manual
18) Assist with filing warranty claims.
19) Maintain internal spreadsheets; Supplier List, Common parts list, Project Lists, A/C Spring installations, UV Lights, IBC Boilers, Call Backs, Ion T-stats
