We want to let our customers know that the Collins Heating & Air family is currently experiencing a loss.
Kenny’s brother-in-law, who was also a former Collins Heating & Air employee and part of our work family, has passed away.
Over the coming days, our office will be closed at times so our family can be together and plan/attend services. Because of this, customers may experience delays in returned phone calls, scheduling, and the completion of service calls.
If you are already on our schedule or waiting to hear from us, please know that we have not forgotten about you. We will continue working through calls and appointments as we are able and will contact customers regarding any necessary scheduling changes.
