Real demo. Real hallways. Real numbers. 🤖

We brought the CleanPro C30 to Heritage Lake Apartments in Chanhassen to show Lori and Adam how much repetitive floor care it could take off Charles’s plate. (And yes, we had to give Lori some s**t for being a Bears fan 🤷‍♂️)

It sweeps, vacuums, and dust mops with up to 19,000 Pa of suction, follows scheduled routes, works around furniture and obstacles, and reports what it covered.

This run: 1,912 square feet in 20 minutes and 21 seconds with 93% route coverage.

The goal isn’t to replace Charles. It’s to give him more time for repairs, resident needs, and the jobs that actually require him.

And Lori…apparently 19,000 Pa still isn’t enough to pull the Chicago Bears back to the Super Bowl. 😂

Downtown Minneapolis was about to get wild, so the C40 got the first set. 🤠🤖

Before the big DJ party at Cowboy Jack’s, we put the CleanBoss C40 through a demo inside The Barn.

It swept, vacuumed, scrubbed, mopped, and recovered dirty water in one pass—working around the bar, past the stairs and railings, and even into the men’s room.

The C40 handled the opening act. Then the DJ took over. 🎧😂

6,458 square feet later, the floor—and the dirty-water tank—told the story. 👀

We put the CleanBoss C40 to work during a real-world demo at Grand Champion Meats. It swept, vacuumed, scrubbed, mopped, and recovered the dirty water in a single pass.

That tank made a pretty strong closing argument.

Two long hallways, a mailroom, a lobby and a laundry room. One C30. Zero complaints about the 1:30 a.m. shift. 🤖

We demoed the CleanPro C30 at Tree Tops Apartments, a Hegenes Properties community—sweeping, vacuuming, and dust-mopping through three overnight runs.

It even checked the laundry room. Folding socks is still above its pay grade. 🧦😂

Next up: elevator integration!

Our robots might need a tour bus soon. 🤖

We brought the C40 and C30 to Bristol Village—one of many Hegenes Properties locations—and together they handled the hard floors, carpet, common areas, and long hallways better than expected.

Another Hegenes property is already scheduled for a demo, with some potentially bigger stops ahead—including an orthopedic center, a school, and more.

This demo is turning into a pretty exciting lineup. This is going to be fun. 🚀

Turns out the most responsible one at Morrissey’s Irish Pub was the robot. 🍻🤖

We brought autonomous cleaning to Morrissey’s Irish Pub in Uptown and let the robot show what it can do after hours—navigating tables, tackling the floors, and staying completely sober the entire time.

The drinks may wander. The robot doesn’t.

St. Paul City School does far more than educate students.

They support families, help provide food and clothing, work with local banks and community partners, coordinate donations, and continue showing up wherever their community needs them.

Jennie, one of the school’s principals, is deeply involved in that work. The care, effort, and heart she puts into supporting students and families is incredible.

We’re excited about the possibility of continuing to work with St. Paul City School and hope to build on this relationship through future collaborations, community events, and additional opportunities with the school. They are an amazing team with huge hearts, and it would be an honor to work alongside such genuinely good people.

We were proud to bring in the CleanBoss C40 and demonstrate how autonomous cleaning can take one more repetitive task off their team’s plate.
