What a week in St. Cloud! 🤖

We had a great time at the 2026 MASMS Conference & Trade Show, hosted at Holiday Inn by IHG, showing off our C30, C40, C55 and T11 robots from KEENON Robotics.

The best part was meeting the people who keep Minnesota schools running every day and hearing what’s really stealing time from their teams.

Mario put the C30 on a three-hour cleaning schedule at Revel Apartments.

Subtle, Mario. Real subtle. 😂🤖

The C30 handled the first-floor common areas, followed its mapped routes, vacuumed up debris from the entrance mat, and returned to charge for its next shift.

Mario is a huge Vikings fan, so clearly his decision-making is solid. The newer leasing agent is a Bears fan from Chicago…but loves Minnesota sports.

We’ll allow it. For now. 😂

The C30 came to Avalon—and apparently picked up a second job in leasing. 😂🤖

At Avalon Apartments in Inver Grove Heights, it autonomously swept, vacuumed, and dust-mopped its mapped route across carpet and hard flooring.

The results:

2,839 square feet cleaned
20 minutes and 1 second
92% route coverage
Only 9% battery used

Then it displayed “Come to Avalon!” on its screen. Apparently, cleaning the hallways wasn’t enough—it wanted the commission too.

Instead of throwing some music over this one, we figured we’d switch it up and give you a little more information on what the CleanPro C30 actually does. 🤖

The C30 autonomously sweeps, vacuums, and dust-mops carpet and hard flooring. With up to 19,000 pascals of suction, a 24-inch cleaning path, and advanced navigation sensors, it’s a strong fit for apartment hallways and common areas.

At Jeffers Waterfront Apartments, it cleaned 4,130 square feet in 41 minutes and 34 seconds—using only 14% battery and completing 92% of its mapped route.

The remaining 8% was primarily intentional no-go zones.

Not bad for a robot that got snoozed before its scheduled 6:00 AM shift. 😂
