We demolished an old camp this week to clean up a lot for a new home.
Took Friday off and hit the beach with the kids, and then headed to CT today to pick up a new to us, really solid old service truck. Were going to give it a bit of a makeover and add it to the fleet!

Things been going pretty well! We been pushing through a bunch of work. We cleaned up after the wells drillers yesterday, tomorrow we are going back to dig and connect the new well to the house.
Today we moved some equipment over to Waterboro to start a new house project. We had to clear some trees to make some room! We need to put in a driveway so we can get dumpsters close enough to demo the old camp, if all goes well that will be early next week!

Its been a very busy, very productive week. The pictures aren't great.
We started the week with a delay on a septic job, waiting for inspection. We switched gears and knocked out loaming a back yard in Lebanon on Monday.
Tuesday we were in York wrapping up the septic system that we had started last week.
Wednesday we were back in Shapleigh digging utility trenches for the pool job down the road. Thursday we were over in Lebanon re grading the job that we re-sealed the foundation. Today we had to go do a little more raking to fix a puddle before they could hydro spray. Im sure we did some other stuff too, but those were the major things.
I have 3 more jobs to look at this weekend and 3 quote to do on top of those..... keep it coming!

Due to a combination of poor final grading and a seal job thst wasn't quite up to the task, we dug/exposed a foundation today. We put concrete sealer on every panel tie, and then gave it an extra thick coat of foundation tar.
Next week we'll go back and correct the grade so that the home remains leak free for years to come!

They got the house all set in Acton today. We were on site to pull the sections up the hill due to a steep driveway. Was really cool seeing the whole process and how efficient the company was. We started around 7am and by 1pm the last of 4 parts was set and they were working on the roof.

Going to build this whole house today! Haha

Started and ALMOST finished a mulching job over in Lebanon today (I'll have "after" photos tomorrow).
Also made awesome progress between yesterday and today with retrofitting a new engine in the screener, few small things tomorrow and it should be ready to put some loam through!
