Building the future starts with investing in the next generation of builders! 🚧🏗️

Recently, we took our 19 interns out of the office and onto the jobsite for an immersive, hands-on Tour Day. They got the opportunity to see projects from multiple divisions, a variety of owners, and different work types. This provides more exposure to them, so they are able to see what all Ruhlin can do.

At The Ruhlin Company, we believe mentorship and real-world experience are the ultimate foundations for a successful career. We love seeing this talented group ask questions, connect with our field teams, and experience the full scale of our projects.

The Ruhlin Company is honored to have been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk for Cleveland State University’s Campus-Wide MEP Upgrades project. This vital initiative is focused on revitalizing critical infrastructure throughout the CSU campus, ensuring the long-term reliability and efficiency of building systems that are essential for a modern academic environment.

The initial phase includes significant upgrades to Rhodes Tower and the Music Building, featuring:
• Replacement of aging storm drainage and domestic water piping
• Enhancements to building automation systems
• Upgrades to air handling units
• Improved humidity control systems

These targeted efforts are designed to address both immediate facility needs and future-proof the campus for continued excellence.
