The weather may have been a bit overcast, but spirits were high at the ribbon-cutting of Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC's new global headquarters in Horsham, PA (having the Phillie Phanatic on hand didn’t hurt either). Patriot Construction had the honor of attending the event and is privileged to have led the interior demolition, construction, and fit-out of the 120,000 SF building. Congratulations to Asplundh, we wish you many years of success in your new home!

The next set of plans for Patriot Construction is an office renovation for an elected government official and his staff. We are excited to bring our expertise to this prestigious endeavor and develop a workspace that is practical and functional.

We continue progress with interior office renovations for the Fund for the School District of Philadelphia

Refreshed reception area, offices, and conference room are all in the making, in addition to a new wellness room. The Fund is the official nonprofit arm of the district. It is responsible for aligning philanthropic dollars with innovative, transformational, and equitable solutions that spur academic achievement for all children.

It’s graduation season, which reminds us why education spaces matter. Patriot Construction serves K-12, colleges, and universities with renovations and construction of classrooms, residence halls, dining facilities, athletic centers, and student gathering areas. Past client Robinson + Cole contacted us for a renovation encore 👏 as the law firm required an office expansion. The project involved creating a new lobby area with beautiful frosted, glass panels behind the reception desk, establishing open workspace zones, designing a wellness room and adding 11 glass-fronted offices. New carpeting, fresh paint, and updated finishes throughout round out the new enhancements.

Roffman Miller Associates is a wealth management firm located in the 1835 Market Street building. We completed an office refresh with new carpet tiles, vinyl base, and new lighting throughout the space. The break room was also revitalized with a modern countertop and sleek plumbing fixtures.
