As small business owners who replace, repair, and service commercial equipment in our community, we lost a few long-standing customers last year because they could not afford to keep their doors open in the “Biden” economy.
Many small business owners in California are already struggling to hire and keep their employees, so help us understand why an entry level position pays more than many of our skilled self-employed laborers pay themselves? And many DO NOT get paid when sick and cannot work.
