🎨✨ New Community Mural in the Back Mountain! The Back Mountain Chamber has officially unveiled a brand‑new America250PA mural between Cooks Pharmacy and the Shavertown Post Office — and it’s now open for everyone to enjoy!

This beautiful project features 12 postage‑stamp panels painted by students from Dallas Intermediate School and the Lake‑Lehman School District, plus a stunning centerpiece by local artist Sue Hand's Imagery showing fireworks over Harvey’s Lake. Each stamp highlights something special from our local, state or national history — from The Lands at Hillside Farms and Frances Slocum to Benjamin Franklin, the Statue of Liberty, the Luzerne County Courthouse and more.

The mural was created to spark hometown pride and bring the community together, especially local kids. Huge thanks to all the students, artists, volunteers and sponsors who made it possible, including AMP Global Strategies and Mt. Zion Material Handling.

HARDENING SCHOOL ENTRANCES WITH CLEAR ARMOR SL-15 🏫
