In our continuing effort to be more energy conscious, Classic Coatings has adapted all of its florescent light fixtures to accept LED bulbs. A total of 452 (32 WATT) florescent bulbs were replaced with (15 WATT) LED equivalents, this represents an energy savings on our lighting costs of more than 50%.

Some added benefits of the new LED lighting are; a brighter and whiter light which makes viewing and inspecting parts more efficient, increased lighting longevity, and a safer more well lit work environment,

Classic Coatings' Two Rivers facility was presented with an award for its reduction in energy usage. The Two Rivers facility reduced their annual usage by 31,300 kilowatt hours in 2015. Accepting the award on behalf of Classic Coatings is the Two Rivers plant manager, Brett Markowski, and Classic Coatings' owner, Brad Roberts.

This award represents one of many energy saving initiatives that Classic Coatings has implemented and demonstrates our dedication to the responsible use of resources.
