**WE SERVICE THE MACOMB / OAKLAND / DOWNTOWN DETROIT SERVICE AREA**
COMPENSATION: DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE
We specialize in custom carpentry, historical restorations, kitchen remodeling, custom cabinetry, bathroom remodeling, home improvements, tile/wood flooring installation, deck refinishing, fireplaces, stairs, painting, and property management.
40 or more hours per week!
Positions are available to start ASAP!
Requirements:
*Reliable transportation and must be able to arrive to work on time.
*Able to work with a crew, take direction from senior staff.
*Must understand the importance of and be able to follow specific instructions that will vary from job to job.
*This is a 1099 position
Knowledge of residential construction and repair: carpentry, tile, plumbing, painting (roll, spray), windows (replace, repair), drywall (tape, mud, finish)
WILL RESULT IN AN INCREASE OF PAY DEPENDENT UPON EXPERIENCE.
