We know that temperatures are soaring, and when the AC goes out, it can be frustrating. We kindly ask that you remember that we are all human and are doing our best to make sure each of our customers, new and old, is taken care of.

Be safe in the heat: if you don't have AC and it gets too hot, take a trip to the mall and relax or the library in your city.

Be patient: we will do everything we can to get to you the same day or within 24hrs.

Be kind: to the office staff when you call (we are short-staffed like everywhere else in the world). We will do our very best to help you get your air back. Also, remember that the techs coming to your home are there to help you; a smile and THANK YOU go a long way.
