✨ A brand-new IPR Robotics PSH-Compact System just arrived at our facility and is already on its way to another customer! ✨

This is our PSH-Compact head and single-row dispensing machine created in partnership with Nagl & Vetter GmbH.

So what do they do?

Vehicle bodies contain more than 200 holes that serve important purposes during manufacturing. Whether they're there for draining protective coatings or providing access points for transport or hard-to-reach assembly during the manufacturing process, car bodies have more than 200 holes that must be sealed before the next step in production.

Traditionally, this has been a manual process, with operators placing each closure pad one at a time. It's repetitive, labor-intensive, and adds valuable seconds to every vehicle.

Our PSH-Compact head, paired with a single-row dispensing machine, automates hole closure with speed and precision. Using eight suction units, the system picks closure pads directly from the dispenser and accurately applies them to each hole, helping manufacturers reduce cycle times, improve consistency, and keep production moving.
