✨ Employee Spotlight: Brian Bogacz ✨

This week, we’re proud to spotlight Brian Bogacz, Account Executive at Cooper Enterprises.

Brian brings nearly two decades of account management and sales experience across a wide range of industries, from paper and pressure-sensitive vinyl to medical devices. Along the way, custom contract manufacturing has become a true passion. He enjoys connecting customers with Cooper Enterprises’ production capabilities and the expertise of our design and manufacturing teams to help turn ideas into successful outcomes.

In his role, Brian supports new business growth while helping existing customers get the most out of their partnership with Cooper Enterprises. As a primary point of contact, he works to understand each customer’s needs, identify opportunities where we can add value, and keep customers and internal teams aligned throughout the process. His goal is to create a seamless experience from the first conversation through production and commercialization.

One of Brian’s favorite parts of his job is traveling, meeting customers and partners, and learning what drives their businesses. He especially enjoys seeing those conversations develop into large-scale production opportunities and watching an idea go from concept to a finished product, component or part of a building.

Throughout his career, Brian has been involved in complex projects that grew into multi-million-dollar programs requiring facility expansions and significant investments. He’s also proud of helping develop new sales processes, contributing creative ideas for business growth, and working alongside sales teams to create greater value for customers.

Brian says one of his biggest strengths is listening more than he talks. He believes strong partnerships begin with understanding the challenge, identifying a shared goal, and bringing the right people together to create a solution.

A few fun facts about Brian: he studied film at Columbia College Chicago and has worked on independent film productions as a writer, director, composer, and actor. He also released two albums of original compositions while he was in high school. Today, his son is continuing the creative tradition as an actor—and as the mascot of a local horror convention! 🎬🎵

His advice to others: Stay curious, listen closely, and never underestimate the value of building strong relationships. Ask the right questions, step outside your comfort zone, learn from the people around you and always look for ways to add value.

Brian would also like to give a shoutout to Amanda Trimmer for her work finding new leads and targeting prospects, and Matt Argo for helping navigate complex projects with great answers and solutions.

Thank you, Brian, for your creativity, collaboration, and commitment to building strong customer partnerships at Cooper Enterprises! 👏

We're getting ready for IWF 2026.

This year, our booth conversations will focus on a practical question:

What part of your production could Cooper help take off your floor?

For manufacturers dealing with capacity pressure, labor constraints, equipment decisions, or repeatable product ion needs, outsourcing may be a lower-risk way to keep work moving.

At the show, we'll be talking through components, laminated panels, casework, fixtures, assemblies, and other ways Cooper can support production without adding internal strain.

Come see us in Exhibit Hall BC.

Need more capacity without more equipment?

That's the conversation we're bringing to IWF (International Woodworking Fair 2026).

Many manufacturers come to the show looking for machinery because something on the
floor is creating pressure: volume, labor, lead times, quality, repeatability, or a specific
production bottleneck.

Before making a major capital investment, it may be worth looking at what could be
outsourced to a manufacturing partner.

Cooper helps manufacturers with repeatable components, panels, casework, fixtures,
assemblies, and production support that fits into their workflow.

We'll be at IWF 2026 in Exhibit Hall BC.

✨ Employee Spotlight: Joleen Roberts ✨

This week, we’re proud to spotlight Joleen Roberts, a member of our Cabinet Assembly team at Cooper Enterprises.

Joleen has been with Cooper Enterprises for nearly 10 years, spending most of that time in the Build Center. She’s most proud of her close-knit family—her two boys and Justin—and says being the only girl in the house has made her fluent in football, cars, tools, garage projects and being everyone’s right-hand gal.

In her role, Joleen helps prepare cabinets for assembly and shipment. She installs Blum hinges, organizes assembly racks, pulls hardware, and prepares everything needed for each job. Once a cabinet is built, she installs shelves, doors, handles, locks, and other required hardware before cleaning, labeling, scanning, and packing it for shipment. As the final stop before shipping, Joleen takes pride in making sure every cabinet meets Cooper Enterprises’ quality standards.

What Joleen enjoys most about working in the Build Center is seeing the finished product. She loves being able to look at a completed cabinet and see the result of the team’s hard work. She also enjoys working with new colors, laminates and hardware—especially unique additions such as digital locks.

Joleen says her knowledge and experience help her support teammates in many different areas. She also believes that making someone laugh or smile can improve the mood of an entire day. Her dependability, dedication, and positive attitude make her a valued member of the team.

Her greatest accomplishment is being a mom. Joleen is proud of being present in her children’s lives, supporting them unconditionally, and building a close-knit family.

A few fun facts about Joleen: she has already read 18 books this year toward her goal of 25, she’s learning watercolor painting, and Halloween is her favorite holiday—followed closely by Christmas. She goes all out decorating for both, so keep an eye out for her 12-foot skeleton beginning in September! 🎃📚

Her advice to others: Your attitude sets the tone for your day and can influence those around you. Be a good vibe, put out positive energy and take pride in the work you do.

Joleen would also like to give a shoutout to Dustin. His Monday-through-Friday set list helps create a great atmosphere, and she enjoys singing pop-rock songs with him.

Thank you, Joleen, for your dedication, attention to quality and the positivity you bring to Cooper Enterprises every day! 👏

Cooper Enterprises will be at IWF 2026 in Atlanta, August 25- 28.

If your team is heading to the show to look at equipment, solve a production bottleneck,
or think through capacity needs, we'd welcome a conversation.

Sometimes the right next step is a new machine.

Other times, it may be worth asking what repeatable work could be outsourced before
adding more equipment, labor, floor space, or internal strain.

Visit Cooper in Exhibit Hall BC.

We'll have a cost calculator available to help compare the investment of purchasing
equipment against working with a manufacturing partner like Cooper.
