✨ Employee Spotlight: Brian Bogacz ✨
This week, we’re proud to spotlight Brian Bogacz, Account Executive at Cooper Enterprises.
Brian brings nearly two decades of account management and sales experience across a wide range of industries, from paper and pressure-sensitive vinyl to medical devices. Along the way, custom contract manufacturing has become a true passion. He enjoys connecting customers with Cooper Enterprises’ production capabilities and the expertise of our design and manufacturing teams to help turn ideas into successful outcomes.
In his role, Brian supports new business growth while helping existing customers get the most out of their partnership with Cooper Enterprises. As a primary point of contact, he works to understand each customer’s needs, identify opportunities where we can add value, and keep customers and internal teams aligned throughout the process. His goal is to create a seamless experience from the first conversation through production and commercialization.
One of Brian’s favorite parts of his job is traveling, meeting customers and partners, and learning what drives their businesses. He especially enjoys seeing those conversations develop into large-scale production opportunities and watching an idea go from concept to a finished product, component or part of a building.
Throughout his career, Brian has been involved in complex projects that grew into multi-million-dollar programs requiring facility expansions and significant investments. He’s also proud of helping develop new sales processes, contributing creative ideas for business growth, and working alongside sales teams to create greater value for customers.
Brian says one of his biggest strengths is listening more than he talks. He believes strong partnerships begin with understanding the challenge, identifying a shared goal, and bringing the right people together to create a solution.
A few fun facts about Brian: he studied film at Columbia College Chicago and has worked on independent film productions as a writer, director, composer, and actor. He also released two albums of original compositions while he was in high school. Today, his son is continuing the creative tradition as an actor—and as the mascot of a local horror convention! 🎬🎵
His advice to others: Stay curious, listen closely, and never underestimate the value of building strong relationships. Ask the right questions, step outside your comfort zone, learn from the people around you and always look for ways to add value.
Brian would also like to give a shoutout to Amanda Trimmer for her work finding new leads and targeting prospects, and Matt Argo for helping navigate complex projects with great answers and solutions.
Thank you, Brian, for your creativity, collaboration, and commitment to building strong customer partnerships at Cooper Enterprises! 👏
