The Northampton Water Main and Pavement Replacement project in Warren required careful coordination after the new water main was relocated beneath the existing roadway, creating the need for full pavement reconstruction.

To maintain access for residents, the 7-inch concrete roadway was placed in partial widths, with precise planning around intersections, utilities, and site constraints.
