Last week, Shelby Energy had the chance to drop off the Wish List drive items to the Ronald McDonald House Louisville. We met some of our sister co-ops there to sort items and make lunches for the families currently staying at the house.

Be on the lookout for more ways you can help us continue giving back. Serving our community is at the heart of being a cooperative.

Another round of storms left us with more outages to restore across the service territory.

UPDATE at 10:00pm: We are working to restore the outages near Backcreek Rd, Red River Rd, and Cook Rd. There are multiple poles broken and wire down due to the storms that passed through this evening. Please plan for an extended outage extending into tomorrow for these areas while we work safely.

At 8:40pm there are 44 members without power.

At 6:45pm on August 13 there are 156 members without power. Thank you for your patience and be safe.
