Kuhn Construction LLC is a fully-insured, family-run, general construction and remodeling business that specializes in selling Walters Buildings post-frame buildings throughout Shelby County and the surrounding communities. We are a small construction business that prides itself on providing quality craftsmanship. Our services include remodeling, home and business additions, new homes, commercial work, window and entry door installation, and new construction.

The ideal candidate will join a professional construction team and must be a responsible and reliable worker with knowledge of hand tools. A skilled individual with trade experience is preferred although no experience is necessary. You must also possess a high level of attention to detail, show initiative, be motivated to learn, and be accountable. This person will be required to work on projects independently and/or with a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Working in a variety of environments—indoor and outdoor
• Must have the ability to operate basic power tools
• Must be teachable
• Must be clean in appearance, articulate, respectful, and well mannered

•Must have experience with basic new home construction and remodeling (post frame construction experience is a plus)
•Must be honest, hardworking, and dependable
•Must be able to manage and lead a crew with little to no supervision
•Working in a variety of environments—indoor and outdoor
•Experience operating basic power tools and light construction equipment
•Must be comfortable working in typical home construction heights
•Must be clean in appearance, articulate, respectful, and well mannered

•Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
