Part time position with potential for growth with the company. We are hopeful this will turn into a full time position in the near future.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable person to join our team in Brass Processing. If you take pride in precision and consistency, this might be a great fit.
What you’ll do:
• Brass polishing and processing
• Measure and verify components to spec
• Maintain QC records and follow safety procedures
• Help ensure every round meets our standards before it ships
What we’re looking for:
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written procedures
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Firearms/ammunition knowledge helpful but not required
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Part-Time Machine Operator
Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Summary: We are seeking a Machine Operator to set up, maintain, and operate ammunition loading machinery. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating various types of machines and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The Machine Operator will be responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining a safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
Set up machines according to specifications
Operate machines to produce high-quality ammunition
Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working order
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during production
Ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently
Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and guidelines
Keep and maintain accurate records of production and maintenance activities
Requirements:
Tuesday - Thursday 8am - 5pm
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Machine Operator
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Working Conditions: The Machine Operator will work in a manufacturing environment and may be exposed to loud noises, dust, and other hazards. The position may require standing for long periods of time and working in an indoor temperature-controlled environment.
Compensation: The hourly pay for this position will be based upon previous experience and qualifications.
Benefits: This is a part time position and does not include a benefits package
