We may be a little late on posting, but we couldn’t let the month pass without recognizing Grady for all he does.

As our only low boy driver, Grady keeps things moving day in and day out. Whether he’s hauling materials, helping coordinate deliveries, or doing whatever needs to be done to keep the job running smoothly, he always shows up ready to work.

His dependability, strong work ethic, and willingness to get the job done make him a valuable part of the team. We appreciate the long hours, dedication, and positive attitude he brings every day.

We took advantage of a beautiful Friday to bring all of our employees together for a well-deserved cookout. This was our way of showing appreciation for the hard work, dedication, and teamwork that went into successfully completing the Millersville site.

Along with good food and time to connect, we also incorporated some hands-on training to keep everyone sharp and growing. Proud of this crew and everything they continue to accomplish!🦺🚧👷🏻‍♂️
