Our recently completed Hay Beach renovation, designed and built by Fokine Construction. This 1970s waterfront home really needed it. We completely redesigned every elevation to take full advantage of its sweeping Gardiner’s Bay view. Our carpenters transformed the interiors with a custom kitchenette, pantry, sauna and bookshelves, all designed in-house! Wonderful clients and a talented team all around. Thanks to all who helped make this project a special one.
