At Bay Fabrication, steel is a big part of what we do—but it’s not the only material we work with. We also enjoy taking on projects that involve aluminum fabrication and welding.

Aluminum welding requires a different approach than steel. Because aluminum transfers heat much faster and has a lower melting point, it takes careful control, proper preparation, and the right welding techniques to achieve strong, clean welds. From selecting the right filler material to maintaining consistent heat control, precision is key.

One of the things we enjoy most about aluminum projects is the versatility of the material. It’s lightweight, corrosion resistant, and a great choice for a wide range of applications.
