🚨 COMMERCIAL ROOFING ESTIMATOR WANTED (1099 / FREELANCE) 🚨
JLH Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator to assist with takeoffs and bid preparation on a per-project basis.
This is NOT a full-time position and NOT an employee role. We are seeking an independent contractor who can work remotely and be paid per estimate.
Requirements:✅ Commercial roofing estimating experience✅ Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and bid documents✅ Experience with TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Metal Roofing, and Roof Recover systems✅ Proficient with PlanSwift, Bluebeam, STACK, The EDGE, or similar software✅ Ability to provide accurate quantity takeoffs and material lists
Scope of Work:• Review plans and specifications• Perform complete roofing takeoffs• Provide material quantities and scope notes• Identify alternates and bid requirements• Deliver organized estimate packages
Compensation:💰 Paid per project/estimate💰 Competitive rates based on project size and complexity💰 Ongoing work available for the right person
We are looking for someone who has real-world commercial roofing experience and understands how roofing projects are actually built—not just someone who can click buttons on takeoff software.
