30 seconds. One precision-bent hydraulic tube. ⏱️

Here’s our CNC tube bender in action, forming DOM steel tubing into a hydraulic tube component.

For this application, we use mandrel bending to support the tube from the inside during the bend—helping control flattening, wrinkling, and distortion while maintaining the geometry required by the drawing. Precision tube bending is more than just making a bend. The right combination of tooling, mandrel setup, material, bend radius, and machine programming all play a role in producing a consistent part.

We're incredibly grateful for their support of local businesses like ours. This grant will help us continue to invest in our Sherman facility and contribute to the growth of our community.
