May flew by with milestones and memories 🎓 Between graduation, track meets and spring build season, it’s been a busy month both at home and at work.

We have so many exciting builds and changes coming up that we can’t wait to share. Plus, Cole is full-time with Silvertree this summer. We’re so thankful for the help during this busy season - and even more grateful that it means we get to spend extra time with him before he heads to college in the fall❤️.

From the very first model tour almost a year ago, we knew this family was searching for more than just a house — they were looking for home. 🤍

The first home wasn’t quite the right fit, so they found the perfect lot in a gorgeous neighborhood and started building a home designed for their next chapter. Since then, life has been beautifully busy — packing up their life in Milwaukee, welcoming a sweet new baby, and spending time with mom & dad while waiting for move-in day.

Now the boxes are unpacked, the keys are in hand, and this house is officially HOME. ✨
