We were called in after a standard bladder tank was installed on a system that actually needs a bleedback setup. Because this well line isn’t below the freeze line, the wrong tank kept the system from draining back properly, which can lead to excessive air at the faucets, weak performance, pump strain, and even freeze or burst risk in cold weather. We removed the incorrect tank and installed the proper UT40 bleedback tank along with the correct air volume control and components. Now the system drains back as designed, water pressure is consistent, and those air and freeze issues are taken care of. The right parts matter. Every well system is different.

Another no-water call handled. This well pump lasted 38years!! New made in USA pump in with fresh wire, new pressure tank (also made in USA) due to failed bladder, new tank tee, check valve and switch. Solid pressure restored.

We responded to a service call for a water leak and immediately noticed this severely rotted 4-inch flue pipe. The customer had been operating the furnace in this condition for an unknown amount of time.

During this service call, we addressed the original plumbing issue, then replaced the damaged section with new 4-inch stainless steel vent pipe from the furnace into the chimney, restoring a safe, properly sealed vent system.

A damaged or separated flue pipe can allow dangerous gases, including carbon monoxide, to enter the home instead of venting safely outdoors.

If you notice rust, corrosion, loose vent pipes, or unusual odors around your furnace or water heater, it’s worth having them inspected. We’re grateful we were able to identify and correct this issue before it became a serious safety hazard for the family.
