It's that time of year for the annual Hot Dogs & Hot Rods event at PAR- a great opportunity to step away from our projects for an hour and spend time together.

Our leadership team fired up the grills, we served lunch, and thanks to a beautiful Minnesota day, everyone was able to enjoy the patio at our new headquarters.

A favorite tradition is our employee car show, where team members bring everything from classic cars and trucks to motorcycles and unique builds for everyone to vote on their favorite "Hot Rod." This year's lineup was one of our biggest yet.

Thanks to everyone who helped organize the event, grilled lunch, brought a vehicle to share, and made it another great afternoon!

FANUC America, one of the largest robotic arm manufacturers in the world, recently awarded PAR Systems with two awards in response to our strong achievements in year-over-year growth and high-volume robot adoption in 2025.

Earlier this week, Patrick Rongitsch, District Account Manager at FANUC America, presented the awards in person at our headquarters. During his visit, he also toured our new facility alongside Dan Hagen, Chief Engineer, and Shawn Ranheim, Supply Chain Project Lead.

PAR Systems is honored to receive these two sales awards, which is a testament to a driven sales team, a successful sales year, as well as our strong relationship with FANUC America.

At the Savannah River Site in South Carolina, one of the most complex environmental cleanup missions in the U.S. is underway.

Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC) is responsible for safely treating millions of gallons of legacy radioactive waste, some of it dating back to the 1950s. It’s a high-stakes effort that depends on precision, reliability, and a highly skilled workforce.

PAR Systems has partnered with SRMC to modernize the Main Process Cell (MPC) Crane, a system critical to operating in highly radioactive environments. The upgrade has introduced new control systems, enhanced visualization, and built-in redundancy to ensure safe, continuous operation.

This integrated approach which combines modern controls with immersive simulation is becoming a model for high-risk industries.

In acknowledgment of Earth Day, the PAR Systems team took a moment to pause, connect, and celebrate the planet we all share.

The team enjoyed Earth Day themed cupcakes from Kowalski's Markets, as well as a chance to get outdoors and enjoy the sunshine.

Other fun activities included an Earth Day themed crossword puzzle and a raffle to win a plant to take home or back to their workspace.

There were also Earth Day pins, stickers as well as seeds—all simple reminders that even small actions can have a lasting impact.

Whether it’s a plant for a desk or something to take home, it’s all about bringing a bit of green into the everyday spaces.
