Thank you Milwaukee Magazine for recognizing our work with 1st place in the Small Kitchen Traditional category in their 2024 Home & Design Awards!

This kitchen project was part of a two-story addition to create additional space for our clients. They especially desired a kitchen that was open to the family room over the small and cramped kitchen they had in the original portion of their 1920's home. The design was developed around the use of beautiful Imperial Danby marble on the countertops and on the walls for the backsplash. The focal point is the 48" wide Wolf range and decorative wood hood. Gold and aged brass plumbing fixtures, cabinet hardware and light fixtures provide warmth to the space.

✨We call this bathroom remodel, “Master Bath Oasis”. ⁣
⁣
This master bathroom was remodeled by expanding the bathroom into the adjoining office. The expansion also provided better traffic flow to the bathroom from the master bedroom. The enlarged space now features a water closet, large shower with tile installed in a herringbone pattern, a freestanding tub and separate vanity areas.

✨This dreamy lakeside home remodel of ours won a 𝐆𝐎𝐋𝐃 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝!
⁣
This lakeside retreat was a complete transformation of the original house. The house now looks like it belongs on the lake compared to the original ranch style house on the property. A second story addition now allows for guests to have separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Light filters throughout the spaces and every bedroom now has a view of the lake. A bunk bedroom was also added for the grand kids. The kitchen was expanded for larger family gatherings. The entire home was completely remodeled with the homeowners needs and style in mind. This project won a Gold Award for an Entire House Remodel $500,000 to $700,000 at NARI's annual Wisconsin Remodelers Awards in 2017 at NARI Milwaukee. This project is located in Hubertus on Freiss Lake.

🏆 We call this 𝐀𝗪𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝗪𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 bathroom remodel, “Soothing Serenity”⁣.
⁣
The original master bathroom was dark and outdated with a single vanity and pink tiles in the shower. The client desired a large bathroom with a tub and two vanities. Space was borrowed from an adjoining hallway and bathroom. Hand glazed scalloped tiles were used as the focal point behind the tub. A frosted glass pocket door allows for light to filter into the space and yet to also provide privacy. Carrara marble tile was installed to create a subtle accent at the vanities. Carrara marble tile was also installed throughout the shower for added luxury. This project won a Silver Award for Residential Bath $50,000 to $75,000 at NARI's Wisconsin Remodelers Awards in 2019 NARI Milwaukee. This project is located in Fox Point.

✨𝗪𝐎𝗪! We are head over heels for this modern “Sleek City” kitchen.⁣ We thoroughly enjoyed bringing this vision to life.
⁣
Traditional raised panel cherry cabinets were replaced with glossy white cabinets and horizontal textured wood grain laminate base cabinets in the l-shaped peninsula area. Quartz countertops were installed and the same material was used for the backsplash. The client did not want any hardware on their cabinets so we installed magnetic catches behind the doors and drawers. New recessed LED can lighting and LED under cabinet lighting now provide ample lighting. This project is located in Milwaukee.
