HVAC Lead Installer Full-time Position EXPERIENCED INSTALLER. TOP PAY OFFERED We are seeking an HVAC Lead Installer with professional experience.

Our ideal candidate will have Residential & Commercial HVAC Installation experience of the most common types of systems. This person should place emphasis on customer satisfaction, effective communication, be safety oriented & a problem solver.

Must manage time and schedules efficiently. Coordinates & collaborates with supervisor.

Clean driving record, must be 21 years or older due to insurance requirements.

**Ability to adapt to new HVAC systems & technology
**Maintain clean, neat, and professional appearance
**Required: Brazing, Maintenance, Wiring, Ductwork, Gas Heating, Refrigerant Handling, System Startups & configuration
**Experience with HVAC Service & Repair is a plus

Responsibilities
Project Ex*****on: Perform and oversee the installation of HVAC units (e.g., furnaces, heat pumps, split systems, and ductless mini-splits) from start to finish.

Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train installation helpers. Delegate tasks and assess work for accuracy, quality and timeliness.
Compliance & Safety: Adhere to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Drives in a safe manner. Familiar with towing safety & trailers.

System Testing: Performs rough ins, start-ups, pull vacuums, test for refrigerant leaks, and calibrate thermostats to ensure optimal system performance.

Customer Service: Protect the customer’s property, keep work areas clean, and walk the homeowner through how to operate and maintain their new system.

Administration: Manage tools, oversee truck inventory, load, pickup hvac equipment from dealer, use smartphone scheduling & tracking, ensure total project completion, and communicate necessary details to office manager (warranty reg, invoicing, customer payments).
