Meet the person who keeps all our moving parts in rhythm: Katie Layfield.

As our Accounting & Finance Manager, Katie brings over eight years of experience to the Jackson team. But if you ask her why she made the jump from the automotive world to construction last year, she’ll tell you it’s for one simple reason: she loves the magic of watching a project go from a rough vision on paper to a reality you can actually live in.

A Shreveport native and Northwestern State alum, Katie is the one ensuring that behind every Jackson project, the numbers are as rock-solid as the craftsmanship.

When she’s not keeping us organized, you can usually find her on the tennis court, hitting the gym, or spending time with family and friends. We’re so glad to have her precision and positive energy on the team.
