Meet Kelsi Briggs — Kelsi joined Vintage Realty, Vintage Homes, and Sightline Construction as Brand Manager in January 2026. She brings a creative and strategic approach to marketing, backed by a strong foundation in tourism marketing where she developed a passion for building brand awareness and connecting with audiences in meaningful ways. With experience in social media management, content creation, and strategic marketing planning, she enjoys telling compelling stories that elevate brands and drive engagement.

Known for her eye for detail and thoughtful approach, Kelsi thrives on developing ideas that not only look great but also deliver results. She enjoys collaborating with others, exploring fresh perspectives, and finding innovative ways to make an impact.

Outside of work, Kelsi enjoys life with her husband, Kyle, and their two dogs, Buck and W***y. She loves spending time outdoors—especially tending to plants and working on landscaping projects—and is a proud aunt to her niece and nephew.

Tomorrow, Tuesday March 10 is the Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening for Willow Brook Townhomes in North Bossier/Benton. We have our first signed leases and are excited to welcome our first residents! Come by to tour - we will have food, music, and giveaways!

We're finishing out our team intros with the person that keeps us all straight around here! Kimberly Sellers wears many hats as our Office Administrator, and we are so thankful for her. Kim joined the Sightline team in 2020. Previously, she was employed as an Accounts Receivable & Inventory Clerk in the oilfield. She loves watching the construction projects transform from beginning to the end. On a personal note, she is married with two kids, and they enjoy spending time at the lake or vacationing to the beach.

Meet the Team Monday with Sightline Superintendent Luke Hamiter! Luke joined us in 2023 as an intern, gaining hands-on experience in construction and project management while working on-site. His dedication and work ethic led him to a full-time role as Jobsite Foreman in June 2024. In 2025, he was promoted to Superintendent, where he now oversees Sightline construction projects from start to finish. With a strong leadership presence on-site, Luke manages construction teams, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards. He is committed to regulatory compliance, daily scheduling, and effective coordination of on-site activities. His ability to communicate and negotiate with external partners plays a key role in delivering high-quality project outcomes.

A Shreveport native, Luke graduated from Loyola College Prep in 2020 before attending Louisiana State University, where he earned a degree in Construction Management in 2024. While studying at LSU in Baton Rouge, he gained valuable industry experience working for Turner Industries, a fully diversified industrial contractor.
