Happy Labor Day.

D'Matos is not a logo on a shirt. It is the guy who gets to the site before the sun, the one who goes back to fix a joint nobody would have noticed, the crew that sweeps the floor before leaving because that is how they were taught.

It is also the families at home who hold the schedule together while we are on the road.
