So we saw our first electric tractor here, unfortunately it's on the back of a wrecker.

Everyone wants a cleaner environment, but the quickest way to get there is to get older trucks off the road and replaced with new diesel trucks. Modern trucks are 99% cleaner than trucks from the last century according to the EPA.
Massachusetts is implementing California's Advanced Clean Truck (ACT) rules which will hinder sales of new trucks. Starting in 2025 truck dealers MUST sell a set percentage of Electric Trucks before they can sell a Clean Diesel Truck. Right now there isn't a viable ZEV replacement for most heavy duty applications. The ACT will not reduce pollution. Out of state trucks will simply travel more miles in Massachusetts. The ACT will simply harm truck dealers and trucking companies in Massachusetts.

Here is a link from the Massachusetts Trucking Association, to ask our government to delay adoption of these rules.

As the Advanced Clean Truck Rule issue continues to impact all of us , please take a few minutes to send along your concerns to regulators and elected officials. This is a crtical issue that we need everyone chiming in on.

Unfortunately due to an accident last night, our diesel dispensers are down. But we will have a fuel truck available for Diesel Saturday day and Monday morning starting at 5:00 AM.

We will be collecting toys this week for the annual Shrewsbury Police Toy Drive. A collection box will be by the registers.

Buc-ee's is definitely a lot bigger and fancier than we are, but there aren't a truck stop. I can't imagine kicking someone out of the store because they're driving a bobtail tractor.

Rt 20 (Hartford Turnpike) in Shrewsbury will be closed in both directions between Grafton Street and Rt 140, due to a traffic accident. We anticipate the road being closed for approximately 3 hours. Please find alternate routes.
