I really wish I remembered to take the before picture but we power washed an old roof with mold and moss on it swept it clean and sprayed a durable roofing / shingle paint. Really transformed this garage. The painting and trim is next.

CollingsWood update . Basement almost framed another day or so and we’ll hit all the exterior walls with high density spray foam. Cover interior walls with Indians moisture barrier . Kitchen floor 12x24 charcoal tiles to match the off white cabinets
