We would like to introduce Megan Opperman to our team!

Megan joined our team last week as our new Financial Controller. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from UNOH and brings a wealth of knowledge from her past roles as an Accounting Manager and Financial Analyst.

Outside of work, Megan has been married to her husband for 7 years and has 3 daughters as well as 2 furry dog friends. Her favorite pastime is reading, and is she always looking for book recommendations. The beach also holds a special place in her heart with the sun and the sand, and Christmas is her all-time favorite holiday.

We are excited to have Megan joining our team and look forward to growing our company with her!

A hands-on strategist, Bill thrives in complex environments, leading large teams with a focus on customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and process innovation.

Bill’s expertise is backed by a bachelor’s degree in business management and extensive professional training in OSHA safety, government compliance, hygienic design, and lean principles. His commitment to safety and quality is not just a business priority—it’s part of his leadership DNA.

Beyond the workplace, Bill is all about family, adventure, and the great outdoors. Whether he's tackling yard work, hiking scenic trails, casting a line for some fishing, or taking his Harley out for a ride, he embraces every moment with passion. His loyal dog, Sparky, is always close by, ensuring there's never a dull moment.

Ross is an essential part of our team, ensuring smooth HR operations, employee engagement, and a great workplace culture.
He has been our HR Manager for the past 2.5 years and brings several years of HR experience. He is a graduate of Ohio Northern University and grew up on his family farm in Fairlawn and currently resides in Sidney. Ross is an avid Cincinnati Reds fan and in his spare time, he enjoys watching baseball, attending concerts, cooking/baking, and playing guitar.
